Job Title: Security Manager-Africa
Job Description:
We are seeking a Security Manager to join our established team covering the Africa Operating Unit. While the primary area of operations will be assigned, the postholder will be expected to work across the entire Africa Operating Unit and potentially regionally and globally, based on the discretion of the Chief Security Officer, in support of Coca-Cola operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
- Ten years of corporate-level security experience
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of enterprise-wide holistic strategies for asset protection
- Ability to lead, prioritize, collaborate, and execute complex projects
- Establish networked relationships with key stakeholders such as Corporate Functions, Operating Units, Global Ventures, Government, law enforcement, security, and intelligence agencies
- Apply investigative procedures and skills in a corporate environment
- Proven experience in incident and crisis management.
